Water supply and usage is payable quarterly. We will send you the bill. Kindly pay it to us NOT directly to SA Water.

We will organise a lease agreement for a 6 months' period then we will take it from there.

Actions Required Once APPROVED::

Deposit $2320 bond into the account below.

Deposit 1 or 2 weeks rent into the same account below.

You can move in once the bond and rent are paid.

Please make note of the account details below. This is were the bond, rent and water chargers will be paid.
